N.J. Broker Licensing Course (108 day event 04:00 PM-09:00 PM
DESCRIPTION:

The course is a total of 150 hours broken out into three sections:

90 hours  general real estate
30 hours  Ethics/Agency
30 hours  Office Management

Total course cost is $895.00.  The seat can be held with $450.00 deposit paid now.
                                $995.00 for Non Members with $550.00 deposit.
